Our identifiable logo features the brand name superimposed on a plump pillow that reinforces what our accommodation offers - a comfortable place to live where you can sleep easy knowing that we are taking care of things. All of our accommodation is furnished with quality chattels and modern, reliable appliances. In the case of the studio rooms your utility bills are included in one weekly payment. We strive to treat our tenants as guests and to create a hotel-style living experience that lasts all year long.
We are launching a website in January 2011 which we think you will enjoy. The home page comprises a line drawing of Dunedin with our High Street property as the foreground focus. Beyond this Villa you can see some buildings, like the Regent Theatre and the Municipal Chamber, on the horizon, so you know you are looking at Dunedin. The layout of the drawing also emphasises the proximity of our properties to the city centre. When you move the cursor over the drawing parts of the drawing are illuminated. For example, if you hover over the upstairs balcony door it swings open and an scarf with Otago colours flies out wit the word 'studiorooms' on it. Click again and you access information and photos of each property where we offer studiorooms. You can also navigate the site by choosing one of the property locations displayed on a street signpost.
