2012 - Tenant Update

We are experiencing our highest ever rate of tenant re-signs, including one tenant who has just signed up for his sixth year at our Queen Street nest. We appreciate the loyalty of our current tenants and want to share the love so if you are an existing tenant and would like to re-sign for next year let us know . . . we might just have a deal for you! We have just enjoyed a short break in Queenstown, a trip to attend the National Property Investors Association conference. We now feel ready and eager to embrace the year ahead. I can feel another renovation coming on!
