NEST comes to Central Campus

We have recently purchased two five bedroom flats on Harbour Terrace. Flat 1 was renovated with fresh paint, new carpet and built in furniture in two weeks. Thanks to Buildsmart for coming to the party and working with us for a quick turnaround on the renovation. What a great, central location for Uni and Polytech students. Close to the Robertson Library, Dunedin School of Art, Logan Park sportsground and the Forsyth Barr Stadium. Flat 1 has been renovated and is being used as a showroom to promote both Flat 1 & Flat 2. The flats were listed on Trade Me on Friday and after a Sunday viewing we had our first application in by Monday. Our studio rooms at 4b Royal Tce are now all taken for 2013. Thank-you to all the people that viewed this property and put in applications. There was unprecedented interest in this property this year.
