Upstairs at 102 Harbour Tce - new renovation




We have just completed another renovation. This time it was the upstairs flat that we own at 102/2 Harbour Tce. When we purchased it back in July it was one of the grungiest student flats we had ever seen (and we have walked through dozens!). Once the tenants vacated we primed her from head to toe and look at her! Rented for 2013. Check out the view of Logan Park.
