One of our properties is this large four storey house on historic High Street in central Dunedin that we renovated early in 2010. This area of town has seen some recent renewal and is now a vibrant and lively precinct with Nectar Cafe and Dunedin's great whole-food store, Taste Nature, just a 5 minute walk away.
This High Street property contains a 5 studio room complex as welll as two 2-3 bedroom 'suites', which are fully furnished apartments, in this beautiful building.
The rent for studio rooms includes a fully furnished bedroom and kitchen, central heating, internet, phone, weekly housekeeping and endless hot water. All for one low weekly rent. $210 with ensuite or $185 for a room with shared bathroom. There is never any overcrowding in the shared facilities at our properties (you will share a bathroom with a maximum of 2 other people).
