A Recent Refurbishment at High Street

We are constantly looking for ways to improve our rooms and we get great satisfaction from renovating heritage properties. In 4 years we have renovated 11 properties. These start from as little as $185 per week which includes utilities, central heating and furniture. This picture shows one of our suites at High Street. The new bathroom in this of the 2-3 bedroom suites was installed in January of 2010. In 2011 this suite has rented for $450 per week (fully furnished with central heating 1 April - 30 Sept). Tenants are responsible for there untilities bills and food.
