33 Russell Street is soon to join the Nest neighbourhood

We have just renovated this former corner store, on the intersection of Arthur and Russell Streets, to bring it up to the Nest standard. This property now offers six, really affordable studio rooms with a brand new kitchen and appliances, one completely new bathroom and a second bathroom that has been extensively re-modelled. In a month or so Russell Street will have its own page on the Nest website at www.studiorooms.co.nz. Meanwhile here is a sneaky peak of the kitchen.

Russell Street is at the 'el cheapo' end of the Nest range. Rents start at $135 per week and this includes all the utilities and weekly cleaning. Warm sunny building with off street parking and character. Just a short 10 minute walk to town.

2012 - Tenant Update

We are experiencing our highest ever rate of tenant re-signs, including one tenant who has just signed up for his sixth year at our Queen Street nest. We appreciate the loyalty of our current tenants and want to share the love so if you are an existing tenant and would like to re-sign for next year let us know . . . we might just have a deal for you! We have just enjoyed a short break in Queenstown, a trip to attend the National Property Investors Association conference. We now feel ready and eager to embrace the year ahead. I can feel another renovation coming on!
