We are being contacted by people enquiring about NEST properties for 2014. The rents for studios and suites for next year have now been set and you can see them on our updated website wwww.studiorooms.co.nz. Viewing of properties will begin shortly.
In addition to these we have a number of flats and the rents for these further properties will be the subject of another blog within the next week. We have flats in the following areas: Royal Tce (2 bdrms); Maitland St ( 1 bdrm; 4 bdrm); Harbour Tce ( 5 bdrms x 2) and Kaikorai Valley Road (1-2 bdrms).
Consistent with our commitment to make desirable accommodation available at affordable prices, we have not increased many of our rents and most remain at the 2013 level.
We have recently purchased a block of flats comprising 1-2 bedroom units which we are currently renovating. They will be available July 2013 for long or short term. Let us know if you are interested and we can let you know when the renovations are completed.
