Our latest project has seen two of the six flats in this great 1960s block revamped for contemporary living while retaining the retro character of the original architecture. Affordable living in a north facing building with four off street car-parks.
Two one bedroom flats in this block will be the next focus of our renovation attention and they will be available for letting by October 2013. These flats can be leased semi-furnished (with white-ware) or fully furnished. Reasonable rents range from $200-$250.
